Incotelogy polyester soil reinforcement grids can be used wherever a soil with average load-bearing capacity needs to be made more resilient by reinforcing the base layer.

Base layer reinforcement offers the advantage of requiring less base layer material to achieve good load-bearing capacity. At the same time, the grid insert reduces the risk of severe rutting on the surface.

Polyester geogrids can be used on virtually any subgrade. However, they should not contain alkaline residues, which are found, for example, in cement-stabilized soils or recycled gravel. To install base layer reinforcement on alkaline soils, please use a PP or PVA geogrid.
