Incotelogy polyester floor reinforcement mesh can be used wherever a floor with an average load-bearing capacity is to be made more resilient with a base course reinforcement.
Base course reinforcement offers the advantage that less base course material needs to be used to achieve a good load-bearing capacity. At the same time, the grid insert counteracts the risk of severe rutting forming on the surface.
In principle, polyester geogrids can be used on any substrate. However, it should not contain alkaline residues, which can be found in cement-stabilized soils or recycled gravel, for example. To install a base course reinforcement on alkaline soils, please use a PP or PVA geogrid.
